At Career Directions, you are guided by Betty McWillie, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over twenty years of professional experience as a professional counselor, career counselor, lecturer, consultant, and Career Center Director.

Betty McWillie achieved the title of Master Career Counselor (MCC) on December 21, 2001, as recognized by the National Career Development Association.  She is one of the first of 20 career counselors to receive this national designation.

Betty is certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors as a Professional Counselor and Career Counselor. She holds a Masters Degree from the University of Memphis in Counseling and Personnel Services.
